Neck & Shoulder Care Workshop- Great Falls

This Yoga-based workshop series focuses on discovering new movement and patterns involving the neck and shoulders that can: Reduce pain, improve posture, function, sleep and breathing.Throughout the 3 weeks**, participants can expect to gain:
– Tools & practices to support long-term health.
– Weekly homework.
– Hands-on assistance and individual guidance.

This class is for any level and ability, and space is limited! Cost is $85 including materials and equipment.

**Please note: There are 3 total, 1 1/2 hour classes.

Wednesdays at 645pm

A little mid-week recharge, this class will focus on unwinding physical and mental tension mostly through gentle movement and passive postures.
Targeted breathing, mobility and strengthening will also be incorporated for a balanced practice. This class is perfect for beginners, stress reduction, or people just wanting a moderate practice pace.
