“Rediscover Seated Bends and Twists”

Sunday Jan. 6, Choteau, MT.  A 2 hour workshop: 330-530pm

This Workshop will focus on safety in the spine in seated poses. Awaken your mobility and discover alignment that will maximize the benefit from seated poses. All levels are welcome, and the cost is $25.

“Building Balance”

Sunday Feb. 10, Choteau, MT.  A 1 1/2 hour class: 330-500pm

This 1 1/2 hour class will offer the opportunity to cultivate better balance, particularly in standing postures, through breath awareness (pranayama), timing of engagement, and patience. All levels are welcome, though some Yoga experience is suggested. Practicing “balance” has application beyond the mat, and I hope you will join us! Cost is $15.

Springboard Yoga (call for dates): Peak Health & Wellness in Great Falls. Using a Pilates Springboard, this class will add a whole new dimension to a Yoga class. Combining Yoga postures and Pilates-inspired movement, participants will gain whole-body strength, mobility, and restoration. All levels welcome! 

Space is limited and this is a fee-based class, but open to Non-Peak members. Contact Audra is you would like to visit!

Foundation Yoga (1 hr.), 10am: Peak Health & Wellness in Great Falls
